We do not believe in one-size-fits-all fixed-price packages. Pricing should follow the specific scope and requirements of your EU project.

Pricing follows scope

We do not sell fixed-price packages because no two EU projects are identical. Pricing is set after a detailed review of the modules, integrations, data, and implementation complexity.

No hidden fees

The proposal includes everything agreed upon — training, migration, and launch support. If something is outside scope, we say so upfront.

Flexibility for EU funding

We understand how EU project structures work. If funding arrives in tranches, we can discuss a payment schedule aligned with your project approvals.

Modular pricing

You pay only for the modules you need. You can start with ERP and DMS and add CRM or BI later as your needs evolve.

Post-launch support

Post-launch support is contracted separately and transparently. There is no hidden subscription fee you discover after the implementation is done.
