Why Jilanovi LTD?

Choosing the right partner is critical for the successful execution of your EU project

16 Years of Experience

Since 2008 we have been implementing business systems for companies across all sectors. We know what works and what doesn't.

Deep Customization

None of our clients receive a standard off-the-shelf product. Every system is 100% adapted to your specific processes and needs.

Guaranteed Delivery

We meet agreed timelines and budgets. EU projects have strict requirements — we know them inside out and we fulfill them.

Flexible Pricing

Pricing is determined after a detailed understanding of your needs. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Live Demo Environment

Before you decide, we invite you to a meeting and show the system in a real working environment filled with data from your sector.

Expandable Portfolio

If you need something that isn't in our standard package — we build it. Our portfolio grows with you.

Implementation path

A delivery process built for EU-project execution

We do not drop generic software into your company and hope it fits. We move from scoping to migration, training, and go-live with a delivery sequence designed to reduce project risk.

From approved project to working system

The goal is simple: reduce decision friction, reduce migration risk, and shorten the path to a successful launch.

01

Discovery

We review your business model, EU-project scope, current tools, and reporting expectations before any implementation decision is made.

02

Scoping

We define the exact modules, integrations, data structure, roles, and implementation boundaries that fit your project instead of selling everything at once.

03

Migration

We map your Excel files, legacy exports, and document structure into a usable implementation plan so the system starts with business-ready data.

04

Configuration

We adapt workflows, approvals, permissions, and client branding so the system matches your internal process instead of forcing you into a generic flow.

05

Training

Key users are onboarded before go-live with role-focused walkthroughs, test scenarios, and practical handover support.

06

Go-live

We launch with a controlled handover, support coverage, and post-launch follow-up instead of disappearing after delivery.

Why this matters

The sales promise and delivery method should match

Many vendors market a big feature list but leave migration, approvals, training, and rollout undefined. We turn those into explicit delivery steps so your project is easier to manage and easier to defend.

Why this delivery model wins

A better fit than generic all-in-one software

The strongest competitors market speed and simplicity. Your advantage is a stronger implementation model for businesses that need customization, isolated environments, and clearer delivery accountability.

What buyers care about
Generic SaaS promise
Jilanovi delivery model
Implementation approach
Often starts from fixed flows and limited adaptation.
Starts from your process, project scope, and delivery constraints.
Deployment model
Shared platform with limited isolation and control.
Per-client deployments with stronger isolation and flexibility.
Customization depth
Best for standard patterns with narrow exceptions.
Designed for deeper adaptation across workflows, modules, and delivery logic.
Migration readiness
Data migration often treated as a separate services problem.
Migration is part of the implementation story and already has product support.
Project accountability
Sales, onboarding, and support may feel disconnected.
One delivery partner from scoping to go-live and post-launch support.
EU-project suitability
Built for broad markets, not for your funding and handover reality.
Positioned for funded projects, auditability, and practical implementation defense.

Trust and support

Confidence matters as much as functionality

The landing should reassure buyers that delivery, hosting, continuity, and support are handled professionally, not as an afterthought.

Trust center basics

Clearer legal and support signals on the site

The footer now leads to real legal pages, and the landing tells a stronger story around support, implementation responsibility, and project continuity.

Isolated deployments

Separate environments, stronger control, and a cleaner enterprise story for clients who do not want to live inside a one-size-fits-all shared setup.

Operational resilience

Backup, environment visibility, and clearer status handling create a stronger support posture before and after go-live.

Traceability and auditability

Document history, approvals, and archive direction support clients who need to explain decisions and data handling clearly.

Human support model

Friendly error handling and practical communication matter because business users should not have to decode technical failure messages.

Frequently asked

Questions we should answer before the first meeting

A professional landing page removes uncertainty early and helps buyers arrive at the right conversation faster.

How quickly can a system be delivered?+

That depends on scope, migration complexity, and integrations, but the delivery process is designed for speed by reusing a strong platform and configuring it around your project.

Do we need to buy all modules at once?+

No. The platform is modular, so we can scope the implementation around the exact systems and workflows your project requires.

Can you migrate our current Excel files or old system data?+

Yes. Migration is part of the implementation approach, and the platform already has a Migration Center MVP with validation, mapping, and issue reporting.

Do we get our own environment?+

That is one of the strongest differentiators. The platform supports isolated client deployments instead of forcing every client into the same shared setup.

What happens after go-live?+

The goal is not only delivery, but stable adoption. We stay involved through support, clarification, and practical post-launch follow-up.

How much can the system be customized?+

Deep customization is a core part of the offer. We adapt workflows, roles, approvals, data structure, and delivery logic around your process.

How do I know whether our company is eligible under an EU digitalization programme?+

The key criteria are: registered SME in Bulgaria, at least 3 years of operating history, no outstanding tax liabilities, and activity not in an excluded sector. We offer a free preliminary eligibility assessment — contact us to find out.

What documents are needed to verify expenses under an EU project?+

For every expense you need: supplier contract, acceptance protocol, original invoice, bank statement, and documented approval. For systems — additionally a technical passport and proof of implementation.

By when must the system be implemented relative to the EU project?+

The system must be implemented and verified within the eligible expenditure period of the project. We recommend starting implementation immediately after funding approval — do not wait until the project end.

Will you help us during an EU audit after implementation?+

Yes. We provide complete technical documentation ready for verifiers — technical passport, installation protocol, warranty document, and auditor access to the system with restricted read-only rights.

Can we implement only one module now and the rest later?+

Exactly. The platform is modular and supports phased implementation. Start with the modules required by your EU project and add the rest under a subsequent funding round or your own investment.

Will we share an environment with other clients?+

No. The platform supports isolated per-client deployments. You get your own database, your own environment, and full control — no shared resources with other companies.

Can the system integrate with our existing accounting software?+

It depends on the specific software. We have experience integrating with Microinvest, Schetovodstvo 2000, and the main accounting systems on the Bulgarian market. We assess integration requirements before implementation.

Is our data secure?+

Your data is stored in an isolated environment exclusive to your company. We perform regular encrypted backups, maintain a clear access policy, and provide a full audit trail of every action in the system.

What does the implementation contract include — and what does it not?+

The contract includes: scoping, configuration, migration, training, go-live support, and warranty period. It does not include: third-party licence fees (if applicable), hardware, or costs outside the agreed scope. Everything is clearly defined upfront.
