Informational nature

Public pages are informational and commercial. Specific scope, timelines, pricing, SLA, hosting, and responsibilities are defined in an individual proposal, agreement, or statement of work.

System access

Access to admin panels, demo environments, and client tenants is provided only to authorized users. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and not sharing access with unauthorized persons.

Acceptable use

• do not attempt to bypass permissions or tenant isolation
• do not upload illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content
• do not use the systems for spam, fraud, malicious code, or attacks
• if you discover a security issue, notify us responsibly without public disclosure of data

Demo and synthetic data

Demo projects may contain synthetic data used to present functionality. They should not be treated as real accounting, legal, or operational documentation.

Third-party integrations

Some modules work with providers such as payment processors, couriers, Google, Meta, email services, storage providers, or NAS/S3 storage. Those providers’ terms apply separately.

Intellectual property

The software, design, texts, module structure, and documentation belong to Jilanov.com or the relevant rights holders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

Systems are provided according to the agreed scope and available infrastructure. We do not guarantee that public pages or demo environments will be uninterrupted at every moment, but we maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures.
