The company was managing 3 active construction sites using a combination of Excel files, email chains, and physical archives. With a managing authority inspection approaching, there was no clear trail between contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and completed works. The risk of partial verification was real.

The solution

We implemented an ERP module for supplier management, purchase orders, and per-project financial tracking, together with DMS for centralized storage of all construction documentation with access rights and an audit trail. The Approval Engine provided documented approval chains for expenditures above a defined threshold.
